Tester Access Information

Welcome to the Stroon tester program! Here’s what you need to know:

1. Apply & Get Approved

Please complete the application form carefully.

As part of the process, select three challenge topics you’d love to see in the app. This is how the upcoming themes are selected inside the platform.

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team. If everything is in order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 3 working days.

As a selected tester, here’s what you’ll gain access to:


• Early access to the Stroon image challenge game and its social platform features.
• You will be able to pick a cool avatar, set your username, and start exploring the beta features.
• A first-hand testing experience, where your feedback can shape the development direction.
• Exclusive rewards, including:
  • Stroon Credits (our in-game currency)
  • Reserved username and squad name
  • A Verified recommendation from the Stroon Team
  • Special tester badge on Stroon Network
• A creative, AI-driven community experience where your content matters
• A final feedback questionnaire to evaluate your impressions
• And finally: Lifetime honorary status as an early Stroon contributor.

Rules – How to maximise your Rewards

To ensure high-quality testing and a fair experience for everyone, testers are expected to follow these guidelines:

• Fair Participation
  • Each person may only have one account. If you need to create another for any reason, please contact us first having multiple accounts without notice may lead to restrictions on all related accounts and IP addresses.
  • If multiple testers will be using the same IP address (for example, within one household), please kindly let us know in advance at: [email protected]
Testing Duties and Feedback
• Explore new or unreleased features actively.
• Report bugs, glitches, or suggestions using the reporting form provided at: [email protected]
• Participate in assigned testing phases such as:
  • New feature rollouts
  • Challenge system trials
  • User interface (UI) flow evaluations
• Provide constructive and timely feedback throughout the testing period.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the Tester Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who apply via our official tester request form.
Applicants will be selected based on internal criteria including, but not limited to, application quality, experience, and availability.
Selected participants ("Testers") may be required to verify their identity or confirm eligibility.

3. Confidentiality and NDA

As a Tester, you agree to treat all features, data, content, and communications from the Program as strictly confidential.

• You may not share screenshots, videos, links, or any form of information related to the platform or app features outside of our approved channels.
• You may not discuss bugs, unreleased features, or internal processes publicly or with unauthorized third parties.
• By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is legally binding and applies to all confidential information accessed during your participation in the program. A separate signed NDA may be requested in certain cases.

4. Account Use and Security

• Each Tester must use their own personal account only. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

5. Testing Duties and Feedback

Testers are expected to:

• Explore new or unreleased features.
• Report bugs, issues, or suggestions using our provided form or reporting system.
• Provide constructive and timely feedback.
• Testers may receive structured tasks or be invited to specific testing phases (e.g., feature rollouts, challenge systems, UI tests).

6. Compensation (if applicable)

This Program is voluntary and unpaid unless otherwise specified in writing.
In some cases, rewards (e.g., credits, coins, early access benefits) may be granted to active and helpful Testers, but this is not guaranteed.

7. Rules of Conduct

Testers agree to:

• Not abuse, exploit, or manipulate bugs, glitches, or systems for personal advantage.
• Not create multiple accounts for testing or gain purposes.
• Not upload inappropriate or offensive content.
• Act respectfully and constructively when interacting with our team or other testers.

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Immediate removal from the Program.
• Suspension or termination of platform access.
• Permanent banning from future testing phases.

8. Changes to the Program or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Tester Program at any time.
Terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.

9. No Warranty

The application and platform may contain bugs, unfinished features, and performance issues.
We provide the Tester Program on an "as is" basis without guarantees of stability or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability, under any legal theory, will be limited to the total value of any compensation given to the Tester (if any), or £0 if unpaid.
We are not responsible for data loss, feature malfunction, or any consequence of using early versions of the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Acknowledgment

By participating, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You voluntarily agree to abide by all Program rules.
• You understand the importance of keeping all tester-related activity confidential.
